This Privacy Policy is intended to describe the management methods of the Internet sites, first, second, third level and similar properties of CYBEREG S.R.L. (hereinafter “Cybereg”), with reference to the processing of personal data of users / visitors who consult them.

Cybereg treats all personal data of users / visitors of the services offered, in full compliance with the provisions of Italian national legislation on privacy and, in particular of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016 679 (the so-called ” GDPR “).

The acquisition of data, which may be requested, is the prerequisite for accessing the services offered on the site. Cybereg keeps the technical data related to the connections (log) to allow the security checks required by law and in order to improve the quality of the services offered and customize them according to the needs of users / visitors.

The data entered may also be used by Cybereg in order to periodically send e-mail messages containing advertising, promotional material, promotional initiatives, commercial communications also by third parties.

Personal data collected and stored in Cybereg’s databases are processed by employees and / or collaborators of the data controller in their capacity as agents. They are not subject to disclosure or communication to third parties, except in the cases provided for by the disclosure and / or by the Law and, in any case, with the methods permitted by this.

Cybereg provides, in compliance with the relevant provisions of the law, the registration of log files. This data does not allow identification of the user if not following a series of processing and interconnection operations, and necessarily through data provided by other providers. Transactions that may be carried out exclusively upon request by the competent judicial authorities, authorized for this purpose by express provisions of law aimed at preventing and / or repressing the crimes.

On Cybereg websites, temporary markers (cookies) are used.

The sending by users / visitors of their personal data to access certain services, or to make requests in e-mail, involves the acquisition by Cybereg of the address of the sender and / or other personal data. These data will be processed solely to respond to the request, or for the provision of the service, and will be disclosed to third parties only if it is necessary to comply with the requests of users / visitors themselves.

The processing is carried out through automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected and, in any case, in compliance with the current regulations in force.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

Cybereg can not be held responsible for any unauthorized access or loss of personal information beyond its control.

Users / visitors are entitled to exercise the rights provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03. Furthermore, at any time, by exercising the right of withdrawal from all the services subscribed, it is possible to request the complete cancellation of the data provided.

Art. 7. Right to access personal data and other rights

1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him / her, even if not yet registered, and their communication in intelligible form.

2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

a) of the origin of personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
d) of the identifying details of the holder, of the responsible and of the designated representative according to article 5, paragraph 2;
e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.

3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

a) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case where this fulfillment is it proves impossible or involves a use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
